Please fill out the below form and return to General Pump Company 48 hours prior to the day of commissioning. A technician will not be sent to site until the below checklist has been completed.
If the site is not ready for commissioning and the below points have not been checked, a futile commission fee of $380.00 + GST will be charged. Any additional works, time and components required to rectify incomplete installation will be charged accordingly
